I got it for my teenage son that plays baseball. He installed it in the garage where he has his throwing net. He says he prefers to do his band warmups at home rather than at his teams facility because of his new wall mount and bands setup. It's also nice because it takes up no space and we can still pull our cars into the garage when he's done practicing.

I needed two instead of the standard one for several exercises

Got the set of 5. I already had their resistance band mount anchor for my wall with other bands I had before. But they were a little lighter weight and I wanted more. They work great.

Received the extra hook, but thought I had ordered two extra ... upon checking found I had indeed only ordered one. Checked online & it has been out of Stock for over a week. Submitted TWO requests for info on when it would be back in stock. Still NO RESPONSE TO EITHER REQUEST!!!! IF i CANT GET ANOTHER HOOK, i WILL PROBABALY RETURN 7' POLE WALL ANCHOR and THE ONE EXTRA HOOK AND BUY A COMPETITORS PRODUCT.

I bought them because I like the colored ends with black band. Ive used bands for years and based on my experience with these thus far, I will likely buy another set in the future

I just moved into my new huose and don't have room for a full gym so I installed this in the corner where we already have a few dumbbells and it helped finish the workout area

I bought a couple sets of these on amazon and they were all disappointing and eventually broke on me. These handles have been holding up well and I like the style better than the cheap stuff I've bought elsewhere... It is also nice that these are made in the usa and not even super costly

I've never found handles like these that have such a sturdy yet comfortable feeling grip. Great handle for my workouts

The unit is well made including machine tapered mounting holes for flush screw installation. The sliding anchors have heavy duty carabiners that more than handle any band or tubing you may wish to use. The unit should last a lifetime.

my basement gym is is not really much of a gym but this was a good add to keep my bands and stuff neat

I got both sizes. 4 foot works great, but I gotta say the 7 foot is most definitely worth the extra few bucks.
