Maximum Band Tension

Do not apply a tension that exceeds 200 lbs.

Reminder: a tube resistance band that is fed through the hook and each end is moved away from the hook creates double the tension of that band. Example: a 50 lb tube resistance band creates a total resistance of 100 lbs when both ends are being moved away from the hook.

Maximum band tension can very depending on the construction of the building. If the wall that you wish to install the Adjustable Band Station has questionable structural integrity, then do not install the station there.

Nice Made In USA unit For Resistance Bands

The unit is well made including machine tapered mounting holes for flush screw installation. The sliding anchors have heavy duty carabiners that more than handle any band or tubing you may wish to use. The unit should last a lifetime.
